Occupational Psychologist.
Nigel worked
in-house for several years,
before founding his own Talent
Management Consultancy business,
which he built up over 30 years,
employing around 50 people,
until he sold it to US firm PSI
in June 2017. Nigel is now fully
retired and able to engage in
his long-standing passion for
chess, as well as travel
extensively with his wife.
Nigel is also an International Master and an
ICCF Grandmaster.

Colm graduated from Cambridge in 1992 and worked as an economist

Soros’ Quantum Fund and was a Managing Director in Fixed Income
at Citigroup.
Aside from chess, Colm is a keen
