No admission to the tournament without a ticket. Please check the ticket as no mistakes can be rectified on the day.

Admission to the event is at the ticket holder's own risk. The management shall have no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage or injury to person or property, except that the Management does not seek to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by their negligence.

The ticket cannot be used for commercial, advertising or promotional purposes except with the express permission of the Management.

You shall not bring into the tournament any dangerous, offensive or toxic items or any materials that may be used as a weapon, or any material that may compromise the safety of other persons.

No alcohol is to be brought into the premises.

You give your unconditional and irrevocable consent to use, free of charge, your image and voice and likeness for purposes of broadcast or transmission through any media outlet.

The Management reserves the right to reject you from the premises for behaviour deemed to be inappropriate or likely to cause damage, injury or offense.

You may be rejected from the premises for creating excessive noise - especially in the playing hall and auditorium.

You may be rejected from the premises for refusing the requests of the Management in the interests of public safety.

For security reasons bags may be searched .

Tickets are non-refundable.

Mobile phones are not allowed in the auditorium.
